I understand from Joe that you’ve completed your mediation and just wanted to tell you what a significant accomplishment that is.

So I hope you’ll take a minute to acknowledge and be proud of yourself for your hard work, despite how difficult it may have been for you.

For instructions on filing and next steps now that mediation is completed, please refer back to the very long email Joe sent you when he first issued your MOU titled “Time-sensitive action required now that your mediation is completed.”

And as you now move into the filing phase of your divorce and beyond, there are some things you may want/need to do depending on what was decided and outlined in your divorce agreement. So Joe and I have put together a list to help you get started.
