As part of your research to select the best NJ divorce mediator for your needs, it’s only natural to ask anyone you’re considering to mediate your divorce for references. Since divorce mediation is a confidential process, disclosing the names of previous clients would be considered a violation of mediator-client privilege and not something that is done.
