We know first-hand how devastating divorce can be because our lives have been affected by it, too.
That's why we mediate each case personally and do everything we can to make divorce less expensive, less time-consuming and less stressful for you and your children.
Equitable Mediation Co-Founders
I thought Joe and Cheryl were extremely helpful. They're honest and truly had everyone's best interest at heart. Divorce is a horrible process, but the fact that they made it easier was huge!

If we had to get lawyers involved, I know our divorce would have taken much longer and been much more expensive. Joe and Cheryl helped us keep the cost of divorce from spiraling out of control and at the same time, provided a quality service and detailed agreement that covered all the bases.

Joe, I just wanted to extend a "thank you" your way for all of the help you gave “J” and I through our divorce settlement preparation. Thanks for making a pretty highly emotional and personal event pretty seamless. You guys were great!

While it’s critical you work with an expert Philly divorce mediator with the proper skills and training, don’t underestimate how important their knowledge about "The Great Northeast" is, too.
We know how commuting from Center City to Chestnut Hill in rush hour can impact your parenting plan or how long it can take to sell a house in Rittenhouse Square or University City.
Understanding these subtle nuances can mean the difference between a generic settlement agreement and one that’s customized to the unique needs of you and your children.
We know that taking the first step is a big decision.
But if you and your husband or wife live in the Philadelphia metro area, have both agreed to divorce and want to use divorce mediation to peacefully, fairly and cost-effectively end your marriage, book an appointment for the two of you today.
