We know first-hand how devastating divorce can be because our lives have been affected by it, too.
That's why we mediate each case personally and do everything we can to make divorce less expensive, less time-consuming and less stressful for you and your children.
Equitable Mediation Co-Founders
We started with another mediator but as it turned out, they couldn't help us with any of the financial issues! What a mistake that was. Glad we came to see you and you were able to make sense of the mess they made!
- T.K., Wheaton, Illinois
Hi Cheryl, Thank you for the continued kindness you and Joe have shown during this entire process, it has no doubt made this journey easier to endure. When one door closes... I do feel that all our paths are crossed in life for a reason and I am indeed glad that ours did. I wish you both the best and again, thank you for all your hard work and thoughtfulness.
- N.R., Wheaton, Illinois
From guiding us through the issues to ensuring our agreement was thorough to the kindness they showed us during our time working together, Joe and Cheryl didn't let us down. We are grateful for everything they did to make a highly emotional and very personal event easier on us and our family.

But now that you and your spouse are getting divorced, you're concerned about the impact it will have on your family. And your finances. Your kids are your entire world and securing their financial future is your #1 priority.
So what can you do to make your divorce peaceful, cost-effective, and be sure your children are put first?
You mediate your divorce with us!
At Equitable Mediation, we don't believe in putting your kids in the middle of what should be a civilized, direct negotiation between spouses.
And we don't believe you should have to take a home equity loan on your house in Warrenville to pay for your divorce.
Instead, we offer couples facing divorce in DuPage County (and Will County) like you a mutually respectful and financially sensible way to end your marriage through our all-inclusive flat-fee divorce mediation services.
So if you and your spouse live in the Naperville area, have agreed to divorce, and mediation is the right option for both of you, we invite you to book an initial meeting for the two of you today.
