Dillon holds a Master's degree in Finance, graduating first in his class and is a member of both Delta Mu Delta - the National Honor Society in Business Administration as well as the National Financial Management Honor Society. Mr. Dillon has been working with individuals and corporations to resolve complex issues and create mutually agreeable solutions for more than 18 years. Having held positions at such prestigious companies as Dow Jones, IEEE and Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Dillon has taken that wealth of experience and applied it as a divorce mediator in his own New Jersey mediation practice, Equitable Mediation Services, LLC. His passion for helping individuals reach mutually agreeable settlements as a divorce mediator coupled with his diverse business background, education and extensive training make him perfectly suited to handle the practical, financial and emotional aspects of divorce. Mr. Dillon strongly feels that mediation provides couples with an experience far superior to that of a litigated divorce. As your divorce mediator, he will personally put all of his training and experience to work for you in order to simplify the mediation process and help you create a settlement that works for both of you. He has completed formal training in negotiation and mediation from the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, MIT and Harvard University. He is an active member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, Peer Mediation Groups as well as a Co-founder of New Jersey Divorce Support - an organization dedicated to providing clear and unbiased information about divorce and mediation in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Dillon is the owner of and lead divorce mediator for Equitable Mediation Services, LLC. and serves clients in Somerset, Mercer, Hunterdon and Middlesex counties in NJ. |
