Our comprehensive mediation services give you the expert guidance and structured process to get there, covering everything from parenting and child support to alimony and the division of assets and debts.

Our flat-fee mediation services typically range from $5,800 to $7,900 depending on whether or not you have children, the financial complexity of your situation, state requirements, and the level of cooperation or conflict between spouses.

Your flat fee covers everything from start to finish::

  • Unlimited mediation sessions until your agreement is complete. You are never billed by the hour, so you will never watch the clock or worry about runaway costs.
  • Complete drafting of your Memorandum of Understanding, tailored to your specific situation and state requirements.
  • Comprehensive financial analysis and review, including retirement accounts, real estate, business interests, and complex asset division.
  • Professional case management, documentation, and operational support throughout your entire process.
  • Direct access to Divorce Mediator Joe Dillon, who brings 28 years of mediation experience, an MBA in Finance, and specialized training from Harvard, MIT, and Northwestern, plus additional expertise as a divorce financial analyst.
  • Optional divorce coaching with Cheryl Dillon is available to flat-fee clients at a discounted rate, giving you dedicated one-on-one support as you navigate the personal side of the process.

Single-Issue Mediation is designed for couples who have made real progress on their own but need expert guidance to work through one specific issue. In a single 90-minute session, Joe will help you understand your options, facilitate a productive conversation, and guide you toward an agreement you can both feel good about.

In this 90-minute session, Joe will guide you through your options for your primary marital residence, help you understand the financial implications of each, and facilitate a conversation that gets you to a decision you both feel good about. At the end of your session you’ll receive a written summary of what was discussed and agreed upon providing you both with a clear record of the agreements you reached together that you can use however best serves your next steps.

This session covers one primary marital residence only. It is ideal for couples who have agreed on most aspects of their divorce but need expert guidance to work through the specifics including buyout vs. sale vs. deferred sale, how to value the property, and how to think about dividing the equity.

If you decide that full mediation is the right path for you, the fee paid for this session will be credited toward our Comprehensive Mediation program provided you book within 30 days of your session date.

Please note that this session is not designed for families with special needs children, whose unique circumstances require a more comprehensive approach.

This session is ideal for couples who have agreed on most aspects of their divorce but need expert guidance to work through child support. Please note that this session is not designed for families with special needs children, whose unique circumstances require a more comprehensive approach.

In many states, your parenting plan directly affects the child support calculation so if your parenting plan is not yet resolved, we recommend booking The Parenting Plan Session first.

If spousal support is also unresolved, The Spousal Support Session should be booked and completed first, as spousal support can affect your child support calculation as well.

If child support is also unresolved, we offer a dedicated Child Support Session that can be booked once you’re ready but we recommend working through spousal support first.
