Equitable Mediation Services Locations

We believe our unique approach of offering divorce mediation either via telephone mediation, virtual mediation or in person at one of our many office locations throughout Northern and Central NJ gives our clients the control they need to feel most comfortable in what is already an emotional and difficult time. While some couples prefer the ease and convenience of working through their issues in the privacy of their marital home by utilizing telephone mediation, some couples like the structure that a professional office environment can bring and prefer to meet in person. Either way, we leave the decision up to you.

Our philosophy is that divorce doesn’t have to be difficult and by offering either telephone mediation for those who prefer the ease and privacy that such a process brings or by maintaining a presence close to where you live and work, we strive to make life a little bit easier for you and your family during this difficult time.

At Equitable Mediation Services all mediations are performed by Accredited New Jersey Divorce Mediator Joseph Dillon ensuring that your unique situation will get both the personal care and attention it deserves from an experienced and trustworthy professional. You will not be passed off to a junior associate and you will not have to explain your wants and needs to a new person every time you come in for a session.
