Dillon holds a Master’s degree in Finance, graduating first in his class and is a member of both Delta Mu Delta – the National Honor Society in Business Administration as well as the National Financial Management Honor Society. Having held positions at such prestigious companies as Dow Jones, IEEE and Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Dillon has taken that wealth of experience and applied it as a NJ divorce mediator in his own New Jersey divorce mediation practice, Equitable Mediation Services. As a child of divorce himself, his passion for helping individuals reach mutually agreeable settlements coupled with his diverse business background, education, extensive training and accreditation make him perfectly suited to handle the practical, financial and emotional aspects of divorce. He is a former Committee Chairman for the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and an active member of both the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM) and the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR). Mr. Dillon also serves as an instructor in the NJAPM’s 40-hour divorce mediation training course, speaks frequently about divorce mediation and negotiation, publishes regularly on the topics for various websites such as Divorce Source and Divorce HQ as well as for his own nationally-recognized New Jersey Divorce Mediator Blog. He has appeared as a featured mediator at the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators annual Divorce Mediation Conference and is a frequent lecturer for various trade and industry groups and remains active in his community through his volunteer work with both the American Cancer Society and SAVE – A Friend to Homeless Animals.
