We started the Equitable Mediation Services website with the goal of creating a comprehensive resource for those seeking to learn about divorce and mediation where they could find accurate and thorough information regarding parenting plans, child support, equitable distribution and alimony all in one place. But like most things in life, the law and divorce itself is a moving target and so the need to provide timely, updated information along with real-world case examples (anonymously of course!) also arose and so that’s when I decided to write a blog called, conveniently enough, the NJ Divorce Mediation Blog.
Now entering it’s 4th year and nearly 300 posts later, we decided it was time to freshen up the blog a bit and so we’ve done so with a clean new look and feel. In the coming months, look for us to add even more new features such as videos, audio podcasts and an e-mail subscription capability for those of us (like me) who just don’t want to figure out this whole RSS Feed thing…
